Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is involved with hosting a class?
A: As the host, you will make arrangements with the range that you want to have the class at. This includes verifying the class dates, ensuring we have access to the the required number of pistol bays and access to the range props (walls, barrels, steel targets etc.) You will also need to have access to the gate if your club has restricted entry. In return for your efforts as host, you attend the class free of charge.
Q: How do I host a class?
A: Click the host a class button for whichever class you want us to come and teach. That will prompt you to email us and start the process. We need to know what range you are planning to have it at, the city and state that is in and the prospective dates. Try to give us a range of dates in case there are any scheduling conflicts (ex. “I’d like to have a performance pistol class at ________ range in Houston, TX between June 1 - June 20, 2021)
Q: What is the minimum and maximum number of people needed to come teach a class?
A: This can vary depending on the location and what we work out while the class is being setup but a general guideline is a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 12. If there are more than 12 we can run back to back classes to accommodate everyone (ex. Sat-Sun and Mon-Tues). It is up to you as the host to organize the students and promote the class locally.
Q: What happens once the class is set up and scheduled?
A: Once we have the class scheduled and on the website, you will need to direct those individuals in your area who are interested to sign-up via our website. We will also promote the class until the actual date or it fills.
